MBTI workshops

The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) questionnaire provides a highly insightful framework for individual and group development, provoking self-awareness by looking at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others. The MBTI instrument sorts individuals into psychological ‘types’ so that they can identify how they are similar to some people and different to others, and how they can improve their working and personal relationships in a positive and constructive way.

As a qualified practitioner of the MBTI for 15 years or so, I have taken hundreds of teams through workshops and follow-up events to bring insight and awareness to their communication, problem solving and decision-making strategies, helping such groups to work more coherently together and valuing the individual differences between them.

These workshops could be delivered as a stand-alone group MBTI session (half day) or as part of a teambuilding session combining this with elements detailed under teambuilding and facilitation and Team Diagnostics.
