Based on the parameters of what makes a team “High Performing”, The Psychological Manager has developed a diagnostic questionnaire that could be completed by a team in advance of a teambuilding session. The results would then be analysed prior to that session and then used as a discussion vehicle for improving group processes or future planning during it. This could be combined with any of the other interventions in this Building Teams section to form a complete team away-day.
