Psychometric profiling

Increasing our self-awareness is at the heart of most management development initiatives, not to mention management paradigms such as emotional intelligence and authentic leadership. Whether used as part of an individual coaching relationship or as part of a teambuild, psychometrics are a reliable and valid way of understanding our own strengths, weaknesses, typical ways of behaving – as well as understanding the ways in which individuals differ.

A fully Chartered psychologist with British Psychological Society Level A and B accreditation, I am qualified in many of the world’s most used psychometric questionnaires and have used them extensively for assessment, development, coaching and teambuilding purposes. These include the OPQ, 16PF, MBTI, FIRO-B, Strengthscope, BEM-Q (a motivation questionnaire) as well as all cognitive ability tests.
